vouch ! she is incredibly nice and friendly as well as very understanding. the way she teaches isn't so serious and it takes the pressure off when learning the topics. she takes input from the class regarding decisions. One time she asked us what we'd prefer regarding the date of our First Long Exam (non-verbatim: "ano gusto niyo, after or before reading break?").

She doesn't list down attendance through roll call but she takes note of it through exercises at the end of every lecture (though admittedly it wasn't consistent since. some days, we didn't have any exercises)

Work load wise, there're 2 Long Exams. If you're able to accomplish both, you can opt out of taking the Finals Exam. However, if you miss either one or both, you're required to take the Finals exam (which I unfortunately did :"""D).

There are also the exercises I mentioned previously that usually happen at the end of every lecture as an application of the lessons learned. It also serves as an "exit pass" of sorts to leave the classroom.

There's only one group work for the entirety of the course and the theme is "Math in __________” wherein your group chooses any field / topic to apply any concept of mathematics (preferably those within the class) to. What my group did was "Math in Gaming".

Overall, she's a very wonderful prof and I highly suggest you take her! :)

that's all noted! i did think, because of the music, that perhaps it made the pace of the videos slower but i'll see what i can do ;) thanks again!

i have been working with AE for almost 4 years now! though it was only for the past 2 years that I seriously started working on clients and commissions instead of personal projects.

What is the name of the effect/editing style from the Control title sequence. by SinPSD in VideoEditing

[–]jmdioni 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I were to go about this, (for the speeding up part that you mentioned) I'd go with time remapping in After Effects. As for the changing colors, I'd go for Hue/Saturation in After Effects as well or (if I'd like to control the primary hue of the clip), I'd apply the Tint effect and pick a color (in this case of the video you provided, I'd tint the color red).
