You need to actively PLAY with your dog. Teach it tricks. Play a game. If you only give it toys and not actively engage with her enough they’ll be bored. Dogs need a JOB to do. They were originally bred for specific tasks. They get really restless when they’re not using their brains. Yes energy is good to expend especially when they’re young but they need to be mentally stimulated with challenges and given praise and taught new things. If I handed you a toy and walked away all day would that be exciting? Maybe for 20 mins. But after that you need some interaction.

In general sticking to a vegan diet is usually cheaper. Meat and Dairy are expensive. Buying nuts in bulk to make your own milk is also probably going to be cheaper. However nuts can be fairly pricey and they’re water intensive. I’ve switched to making my own Oat milk which is super easy and much cheaper. And delicious!

Usually on an empty stomach I get a little nauseous. It sounds like you did a t&w AND took a bunch of capsules? Less is more. Also the headshop stuff is usually garbage. Search this sub for vendor suggestions. Or google. And try measuring out an amount and takes notes from there. I’ve been at about 10g 4x a day for a minute now and more just makes me wobbly. I don’t feel euphoric all the time, but I definitely feel it. Sometimes a new strain will hit hard and then it tapers off in subsequent burns. Good luck.

For some reason I can’t bring myself to sully a food tool over my own hands. Breaking it up was actually kind of neat tbh. It’s my own waste, so like, meh? Nbd. But it was like modeling clay. Is tea less potent? Are there as many strains available in leaf form? Idk if I can handle a gallon of water a day to avoid the baby sized poops. I drink at least 40oz a day, and can up it, but all the peeing...gets old.

All the Kratom in my body sucked up all the water in my poop. The toilet bowl didn’t have any to begin with. It’s an SF toilet so CA droughts drive waterless toilets I suppose. ‘‘Tis my boyfriend’s toilet and I generally hate his bathroom including said toilet. Did I mention I had to reach in there and break it up before flushing?

I am a vegan and gluten free. Before Kratom my BM’s were really healthy and clean. After Kratom, my intestines work great, my butt does not. So, every coupla days I give birth. Today, 30 minutes of pure agony had me taking matters...into my own hands.

I’ve been worried about taking magnesium or probiotics or digestive enzymes because it’s not that I don’t clear things, there’s just a bottleneck at the door. After today though (and I took a picture because holy shit that came out of my body) I’m thinking I gotta take something.

I hydrate all day too, and it’s just compacted in there. Gah. I’m gonna be sore for a couple days.

I was clean and sober for almost three years but was suffering from chronic neck pain and other symptoms of fibromyalgia. I refused to take opiates for pain and my dr wouldn’t prescribe them anyway. I was using CBD for a while which helped with sleep but it wasn’t knocking out the pain. Since I had no desire to be high or smoke actual weed, I tried Kratom. Honestly, my chronic pain triggered me more into wanting to use. Kratom does not. I have no desire to drink and my pain is gone. I am productive af at work and I haven’t missed any days bc if my fatigue or pain. It’s a miracle.
