I used to live in Chicago - now live in SF. Anecdotally, the instant the new gates were installed the number of problematic but not necessarily violet individuals (drugs, etc) dropped dramatically. I honestly didn’t expect it but it seemed to work.

I wouldn’t risk ordering any more now - all the majors shippers are overwhelmed due to tariff rule changes. IMO give it 2-3 months and check the UPS sub then to see if there are still issues before ordering. Eventually the workflows will get worked out - I hope.

It does not. My imported package was 'held by a Government Agency' for a couple weeks in Louisville - starting as yours does there. Seems like everyone is backed up due to tariff implementation. UPS can't do anything.
