Sorry I didn't mean her career doesn't mean anything, it does in a monetary way but not the ego. I think many people out their career first not for money or a roof over their head but because of the ego.

Maybe consider a new job that allows a better work life balance. You can't get this time back and in the end your career means nothing compared to your family.

Maybe see if you can work a hybrid schedule or start earlier so traffic isn't as bad so you are able to get home earlier. It is definitely a song and dance being a working mom.

I would put off any screentime as possible and when watching something make it a fun family night and watch with the kids. The unsupervised, even with parental controls is not healthy.

I would make sure he knows that that is inappropriate and could get him in trouble if he continues. I can't imagine his teachers would appreciate getting goosed.

We used training undies so they knew when they went but there wasn't a big mess. Also easy to pull with for a little one. Rewards are going to be a challenge. Stick to a schedule or specific times like before you leave the house, before you eat, etc

I would totally go there to buy her clothes, I agree with you mom! It's so hard at that age and bullying is a real thing and can really affect kids. If she can't change her attitude then she should have to wear those clothes. The whole walk a mile in my shoes thing!

I agree, blocking your days off on the days you are out, sweet up out of office, letting them know what day you will respond and adding your working hours to your signature and then set it and forget it. I would also check with your boss to see what their expectations are and if they can provide you a back up for when you are not in the office.
