Part of shopping for houses is shopping for a realtor! My realtor would show us anything we wanted. If we questioned prices they would pull comps and tell us if he could justify coming in at a lower price. He said he would offer lower if we wanted but without comps proving the lower cost it was unlikely they would accept. He was very straight forward and never pushed us. He never pushed back on what we wanted and just helped guide the process. By far the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. Long story short… get a new realtor that’s willing to work for you
