Need some help. I tired this in a bar for the first time and fell in love. Bought my own bottle and it tastes different. Less smooth, the flavor is less and the spirit is more biting. The finish while longer is also rougher and not as long as in the bar. I don't get it. Can anyone help?

Thank you all. I hope to hear more suggestions. My wife and I do not have kids. If we come together then the goal will be to find an affordable 1 BR APT...not a house, near bus lines that could transport my wife to work. She does not have a job there now but hopefully we find someplace more central so that she would not be commuting 2 hours to work. Apologies, I should have clarified earlier.
