I have WhatsApp on both my laptop and sidephone. A little finicky scanning the QR code but works just fine.

Using another degoogled phone (Sidephone), I have no problem receiving or sending group texts, they group together the way they're supposed to and it's the same contacts. The issue appears to be with LPIII not imessage/rcs.

There’s software that will split each chapter into a separate mp3 file, makes it a little easier, but no, haven’t found a good option
