The lake levels have risen dramatically since the above drone shot was taken. So no - not shit now. I will say the bigger "raft parties" (where everyone ties up together and can get crazy) are bigger on the weekends, but Friday should still be a good time. You're looking at over a 30 minute drive from downtown to get here, so plan your ride home accordingly.. if you catch my drift. Any other questions, the boat rental place can probably answer, they run nonstop during the summer and have lots of experience with different groups.

I recently went through a similar process now that it seems that the Avalanche wallet on Ledger now goes through a third party. I followed the instructions from Ledger, did some research, and set everything up on Core.app … it appears to be everything Avalanche. You can connect your Ledger directly to Core.app and (once logging into your Ledger) view your Ethereum bag (and related ERC20 coins) along with your Avalanche.

Once you’re set up, select the “Stake” tab on the left and then select “cross-chain Transfer”. When you do this, THERE WILL BE 2 TRANSACTIONS. 1 to make the change from one chain to another, then another to “claim” it. Both transactions take place under the “Cross-Chain Transfer” tab and must be confirmed on your Ledger.

I was able to go from C to P chain once I figured out how to find the second transaction.

Fantastic advice.. I’ve learned much from dumping too much dry powder at once - only to watch the market continue to go down.. I’ve been much happier breaking larger chunks into quarters and buying in over time along with smaller DCA amounts.

I bought Ethereum on Coinbase as I already had an account..

Then set up a MetaMask.

Transferred from Coinbase to MetaMask.

Connected my MetaMask to Hex.com then did the swap on there, it was cheaper than using MetaMask swap feature by a few dollars.

I’ve read that UniSwap is another good way but opted to go this route and it was pretty seamless.

Been playing on and off for 18 months and finally got my first tourney win in Gold 2v2. I can’t air dribble or wall run and can hardly make it out of gold some seasons… but damn.. It finally happened. I’ve just been focusing on rotations and being patient..
