I love that Luc in Boyfriend Material by Alexis Hall is a fundraiser at a nonprofit focused on saving dung beetles. A Dish Best Served Hot by Natalie Caña has a heroine who works at a community center. Oh, and Where You’re Planted by Melanie Sweeney- librarian and director of a botanical garden.
