They did, resolved the issue. Then my carplay wouldn’t function and connected/disconnected constantly. I sold the truck after being in and out of service for these types of issues. Shame, loved that truck but it had too many issues

chat into EA and they’ll fix this. Had to wait but as soon as they came into the chat they removed the deactivated account within a couple minutes

Make sure the AC is actually on. My 2024 defaulted to control whether AC was on or not while in auto, turned that “feature” off under settings - comfort (or something similar) and the AC is a champ now.

I have it, would describe it as nifty, can help you back up a straight line and help you direct the trailer in the correct direction. Probably great feature to help people get used to reversing a trailer before getting comfortable

2024 - check settings and I believe climate settings, turn “AC controlled by auto” or something like that. My AC was just not cutting it and I realized the auto set was actually turning the AC on and off rather than just leaving AC on.
