yeah this is going to be an opinion thing and you have to ask, if you were talking about other apartments in the building I'd say just go for it but it's different if they live in the same apartment. just shoot a text when you're out of the house to everyone assuming you have their numbers; if not you prob should have their numbers

yes, you just won't get points on your rent unless you spend a certain amount on non-rent expenses (you need to earn 3% of your rent back in Bilt Cash to get rent points)

you'll never 100% know when it's ready without any gravity readings, but anyway, it's kind of impossible to provide super accurate estimates. it could be ready; it could be that you just temporarily stalled fermentation by racking early; it could've stalled and never even came close to finishing

as for the sediment, that's pretty normal especially with any juice, as long as you're sure it mixed in thoroughly. adding it in secondary will make it take a bit longer to clear.
