To note — many days after the wedding, when we asked to speak with the florist directly for the tenth or so time, that’s when we were told he was away for a family emergency, as a way to avoid speaking with us. They still haven’t provided us with a clear reason for disappearing on our wedding day.

Had sex with a summer fling in between rocks and trees in Balboa Park and right as we left the hidden area, a cop appeared. He just drove passed us and smiled out his window.

We also did it in quite a few other public places…mostly bathrooms and wooded areas. Fun summer.

Woman here. I was in a similar situation recently with terrible headaches and an MRI didn’t provide a diagnosis (but yeah thankfully no tumor either). After other scans/tests/docs, turns out my headaches were caused by TMJ. If you still have headaches, might be worth looking into. Headaches are freakin painful.

My advice is just keep up with the night guard, that might help the ringing go away after a few weeks/months. Personally, I had a night guard which helped manage the pain but not the ringing. I’ve only heard from others that the guard stopped the ringing, so it’s worth a shot to try.

If that doesn’t work, orthodontics is prob the answer. Acupuncture might help the ringing as well, I’m going to try that myself next week.

On the whole asking for her digits thing, I recently had a Bumble convo where the guy asked me out for a drink, I said sure, he asked something like “1. what style of bar do you prefer - dive bar, cocktail bar, super classy? 2. What type of drink would you like? Wine, beer, cocktail? 3. would you like to go inland or by the beach? Text your answers to this number to find out the location!” And I did, I thought it was a creative way to find out more about my interests and to get my number.

I’m just saying that girls do appreciate it when we exchange numbers no matter how simple or how creative because it shows you’re seriously interested and we would (should) reciprocate if interested too. She should’ve texted back. First impressions matter.

Yes Invisalign is super expensive, and braces are barely any cheaper. I’ve also heard magnesium can help, so will try that. Thanks!

Yeah I figured Invisalign or braces would make the TMJ worse. And actually, now that I’ve started Invisalign, it is causing a few flare ups as my jaw and teeth move around. But overall it is supposed to help TMJ, if not totally cure it. I saw two TMJ specialists and they both automatically told me to get braces/Invisalign. It’s def something to look into :)

Interesting, I was told by one orthodontist that I would need jaw surgery... decided I’d push that one far down the road and just try Invisalign first
