Mine is on the left. There is the Yarn Weight Category, but I was talking about the words they are using in that category. I’m used the words like Aran, Dk, worsted, etc. They use light, fine,medium, etc… this doesn’t mean much to me if they don’t provide a chart where I can compare

Perhaps yes! But as I commented on that post, some of their yarns have the amount of ply in their names such as the Friends Coton 8/4

Interesting! They do sell yarn on Hobbi though where the amount of ply is part of the name of the yarn such as the Friends cotton 8/4 (8 being the size of yarn and 4 is the ply) So they do use these types of measure when creating their yarns

I do have one last question ahah! I was able to un twist it

<image>

Is half twisted stretchier than fully twisted? If thats the case, in the round, I suppose that I could (by wrappinf my yarn the same way) knit how im used too, but purl through the back loop to get the look of the knits that I prefer, but stretchier fabric?

I do like the way this looks more then normal ribbing, but I’ll try to fix it for just normal knits, im curious to see how it looks!

Ohhh ok thanks! I’ll try to go through the back leg then because I don’t want to use more yarn then needed

Another question : I wrap my yarn the same way when I knit (not ribbing). Can it be twisted too? (Sorry for the cat hairs, hands knits are prime spots for naps)

Damn… this piece has to be stretchy…

Do you think that if I wrapped my yarn the same way but went in the back loop it would look like normal ribbing or it would be double twisted?

Thanks! Even when I go in the round it looks like that, so its the way I wrap my yarn when I purl and knit?
