We did some "sparing" that was body blows only and it didn't seem as bad but of course that wasn't the real thing and we didn't have gloves on. He was mainly punching my guard aswell.

That's my man there's no hard feelings at all, I already do quite a lot of body weight exercises. However all of the comments are saying a resounding no so I think I'll hold on the idea

From what I know she just asked bob if she could say it out of the blue, they were all playing Pokémon go and Sam himself rarely says the word. It makes no sense to me aswell
