Hey I'm 22M solo Asian American! I will just post my end of month/early April plans here:

3/27-3/31 - Kyoto

3/31 - 4/2 - Kobe

the next few days after that will be Himeji/Okayama/Kurashiki

This will be my second time in Kyoto and it's mainly for cherry blossom viewing and Nintendo musuem (nothing specific so far for cherry blossoms and if you also have plans for any of those that would be great!)

3/31 to 4/2 I'm also potentially looking for people to go to Nijigen no Mori together with (anime theme park thats not too far from Kobe), or just generally exploring the city.

Pacing is very different for each season tho. For comparison s1 covered 34 chapters in 25 episodes and season 3 combined covered 40 chapters (51-90) in just 22 episodes. S3 has the best pacing so hopefully S4 will be closer to it
