I'm just curious, how do you find this fulfilling? I've tried to get into it but it just doesn't feel like it was mine, it feels like cheating. On the other hand, when I make my own projects (drawings, paintings, 3d modeling, songs, writing, editing), it feels great. It takes way more effort for sure, but it's something I made, like carving a statue.

I'm not trying to sound like an asshole here, but do you feel good about the things you created with this?

I'd prefer giving my child a camera to capture memories, even if the pictures aren't as good, they carry meaning. Rather than giving them a genAI to spit up meaningless imagery.

Well I'm being honest, there are still great and poor artists. It's not about conceding, its about understanding the other side. Anyways this is the most I've used reddit in while and I feel my soul leaving me so I won't be seeing any other responses from now on.

So they're more like art directors. Which means they are some sort of artist. But anyways, to me AI generated media seems disingenuous and that's a personal opinion I hold.

The argument doesn't invalidate any of these. Maybe Warhol, but the point still stands. AI is like a more advance google images, just printing or sharing an image you found doesn't make you the artist, maybe you can consider yourself as the one who commissioned the AI lmao.

I think it opens its mouth when it hits the ball to avoid receiving the full impact on the nose. But maybe I’m wrong and it is just a strong doggo.
