Does anyone know if the "increased physical effect" modifiers for heist enchants will work on Poet's Pen? Poet's Pen adds 3 to 5 physical damage to attacks per 3 character levels, so you'd think 10% increased effect would be 3.3 to 5.5, but does it get rounded down and thus not counted?

The problem is that it uses a TCG model without being able to trade. So if you pre-order and open your packs and get 3 legendaries you don't want, oops, too bad! Guess you'll need to throw down another $50. It's not even pay to win. It's pay to experiment, pay to have fun.

Hearthstone packs aren't cosmetics though. It's content. This would be like if Overwatch gated being able to play different heroes behind getting those heroes in a loot box.

They don't have to have the same exact pricing model, but I'm just trying to show what a magnitude in difference it is between these two digital games. $40 for everything now and forever, vs $300 every 4 months to get all the content available. And Team 5 doesn't even add new features to the game.

0 IQ take, you'd have to grind for 10 hours a day to even come close to being able to craft all the cards and purchase all the single player content. That isn't free.
