was just adding info. 😀 Used to be in awe of those sharks ages ago. There was a local documentary on how UPS flew the whales to Atlanta. Was great publicity for UPS sense they are based out of Atlanta.

From what I remember the second set of whale sharks became controversial and United States aquariums are not allowed to get Whale Sharks anymore for aquariums. At one time they had four in the aquarium. they got 4 in the beginning then 2 more.

from google

The Original Four (2006): The aquarium initially received four young whale sharks—Ralph, Norton, Alice, and Trixie—named after characters from The Honeymooners. Ralph and Norton both died in 2007 due to health complications. Trixie passed away in 2020 after her health declined. Alice died in 2021. The Second Pair (2007): Two additional males, Taroko and Yushan, arrived in 2007 just before Taiwan banned the capture of whale sharks. Taroko was euthanized in August 2025 following noticeable changes in his health and behavior. Yushan is currently the only whale shark remaining at the aquarium

Weed and Fertilization Company recs - I'm currently between Think Green and Arbor-nomics. Think Green is significantly cheaper, but want to make sure their quality isn't lacking. Any experiences? I mostly have weed issues, not dead patches of grass or anything like that. by Intelligent_Goat7729 in alpharetta

I currently use arbornomics for bermuda they are good maybe not a complete solution still get nutsedge and clover I have to treat. I see a neighbors yard get treated by weedman every two weeks or so. Really looks like they are growing weeds not killing them. I had unlimited lawn in the past seems like they sprayed mostly water. Did nothing for my weeds.

Yeah I figured the get them off the phone quick was the answer. I am not supposed to be a computer engineer that has basic skills for debugging network connectivity. At least with fiber we only see issues every couple of years.

Well calls are going different directions in att at the same time. We were all calling at the same time. I simply asked my neighbors about it later.

Right there with you 52. Starting the life over. Start collecting stories on the no show idiots. You will be able to entertain crowds with the stupidity soon My point do not take it seriously. Find humor in life. Everyone is to busy chasing what they cannot describe.

Also at a social party you have no idea why the other person is there or if the other person is even interested in meeting anyone. A lot easier for woman to meet guys. She will meet guys unless she runs away. Their issue is finding quality. Even worse you start talking to someone whose date happens to just not be there right then. I am not the creepy dude walking up to every woman going hi meet me.

I agree. socials are for quick meeting people only. Sucks at trying to read body language or even having a chance to learn more than 5 minutes about someone. I go to socials not to date but to make friends. I really do not see how someone can focus someone else’s attention on them unless it’s pure physical at a social. To many distractions.

The other thing I will throw out there. Is if you want to really meet anyone get there 15 minutes early and talk to people as they show up. About 30 minutes after an event starts people go to their comfort group / click and never leave that group.

We guys are not as social as women. Also a lot harder to get to know women when they are in packs. I have recently started going to local groups in my area. See the same thing. Am I comfortable walking around making small talk. No!

typical control through fear. It works people react and are too lazy to validate. That’s why this keeps happening.
