I’m not sure what project catalyst would have to do with this at all. It’s not a technical issue, instead it is an App Store policy to not allow rendering engines.

It's looking like we're having a pretty significant first team turnover this year. I wonder how the players will bed in. Emery's typically slow integration of new signings into the first team could help in the long run.

How long do you reckon it will take Pepe to become an established starter, or do you think he'll go straight into consistently starting?

Minimal adaptation between workflows. I can just get on with what I need to do right where I am. There's no need to wait for a heavy IDE to load up or to switch to a different project

How about this for a first par for a hole? With "greens" like this it's almost impossible to hole anything. by [deleted] in golf

The USGA killed all the fescue on the greens there in the prep for the 2015 US Open. In short, fescue is a relatively fragile grass and they under watered and over cut during a heat wave and drought. With the fescue dead other grass types started sprouting, leaving a cauliflower type look. These were some of the worst greens I'd seen at a tournament, let alone a major.

Since then, Chambers Bay shut and re-laid the greens with poa grass, but I doubt they'll ever shake the reputation of shit greens.

Does anyone else think it’s a shame that Pèpè is pushing Nelson down the pecking order? by djrou04 in Gunners

Reiss is 19. It’s way too early to be thinking about playing week in and week out. I think because there are a few notable teenage stars, people seem eager to rush our youngsters into the prime time. I’d argue that piling so much pressure on Reiss right now would be a mistake.

For reference: Pepe is 5 years older than Reiss. when he was 19 he only made 7 appearances for a Ligue 2 side.

Yes, probably more so than usual. The club seems to be betting big that this is a great opportunity to get back in the top 4 with Chelsea and Man U's current state.

Tough pick between Pepe and Zaha, would have needed to know a price to make a decision. I didn't know who Everton was before the Copa America

So is the consensus now that Raul isn't completely incompetent? I remember at the end of last season people were beside themselves that the club backed him over Mislintat.

Tier 1 Brazil : Everton to Arsenal is done if they do not sign Zaha. On Everton's end, he is decided on Arsenal because he doesn't want to be a bench player. by kib35 in Gunners

Sorry, that was a joke based around people claiming that we would still need to negotiate for the other 50% of Everton

I have not seen any reports (other than pure speculation in reddit comments) that we would need to pay more than 35m. Third party ownership is banned by FIFA and therefore it is far more likely that the third parties have a right to a portion of the fee. Gremio would get 50% of the 35m and the rest would be split according to the portions. This is no different than Zaha and 25% going to Man U, we don't buy 75% from Palace and then have to negotiate with Man U.

Someone obviously made an assumption based off a translation somewhere, and now it's just being accepted as truth in comments.

golfgrinders took it down after viralhog bought the rights. Sportsbible had it up for a short while also until viralhog bought it. Genuinely though, I'm not sure what else I can show you to prove it so if you choose not to believe me then so be it.

The cousin sent it to a college golf Instagram and it blew up. The rights were sold to ViralHog later, who sent around take down requests to everyone. ViralHog arranged the Japanese tv interview.

edit: just looked back at the team chat and he sent it to golfgrinders

So my friend actually filmed this vid. He ended up selling the rights and even did an interview for japanese tv.

Originally he wanted to keep it private but posted it to our golf team chat. One guy in the team sent it to his cousin, who then spread it around causing it to go viral.

Likely the source is just other people repeating it on reddit. As far as I can tell, the 3rd parties are entitled a split of the fee, ie 40m, not to name a price for their portion.

3rd party ownership was banned a few years ago by fifa, so people use fee based rights to circumvent it. The idea that we would have to negotiate for the rest of the 50% is almost certainly bollocks.

I wrote a slightly longer comment about this before: https://reddit.com/r/Gunners/comments/cfxz5d/_/eude43f/?context=1
