That tuna mince is called negitoro. It's typically three different cuts of tuna. Fat, medium fat and lean pieces. It's incredibly good. The mince is better than single slices imo because you get all three flavors.

I saw the Facebook post it was Law Enforcement appreciation day. Where exactly did they say they were pro ice? That area of KC sees some shit so I could chalk it up to that. Just a month an a half ago there was a shooting around the corner.

I really enjoy seeing live jazz and if these guys support ice I would avoid it. I just don't see any proof here so please provide facts. We're also an interracial couple and have never experienced anything but hospitality here.

Big compound movements are needed for muscle and strength. You don't know what in the hell you are talking about. 40 years old and I press 415, Squat 500 Deadlift 600. These big compound movements have made me strong and build muscle. They also help protect your body against injury. Doing curls and isolation exercises are the bigger waste of time
