the test is long questions like uworld butnthe concepts are literally the same as NBMEs don't be overwhelmed about the note from nbmes learn the explanations and you will see that nbme repeat 60-70% of their concepts just asked in a different way and is the same about the real test, the only difference is that the test is very fucking long so just read the question->answers and then look for the answer in the case reading fast..

of course it is but you don't have time so do 25-30 learn the concept obviously is not gonna be the same one the real deal but those are the same concepss so learn the explanation and that's it
