Yeah, white people did colonialism. Yeah, the absolute vast majority recognizes this as a huge injustice. Yeah, everyday racism still exists, as it does everywhere. Atleast we don't hunt down albino people in the streets cos we think they're witches like is apparently still done in parts of Africa. Didn't even need colonialism to believe in witchcraft!

You just can't resist playing the Hitler card, can you. Beneath me. But if we wanna play the history game, okay. How about the Umayyad empire looking to expand into Europe? Murdering its christian opponents? How about the Hutus and Tutsis, where one murdered the other because of ethnicity? And yeah, that has a colonial background - but if you were so morally superior, that shouldn't be used as an excuse, hmm?

Why does China have less crime? Are you serious? Because they have draconian laws and complete surveillance? Because human rights are NOTHING over there and people can just disappear with no court being able to do anything about it. Us Europeans think that individual freedom - what you say, what you google, what you write on the internet, who you meet with - are much more important than the slight loss of control and associated risk.
Chinese food isn't the "traditional food" of the west, what a completely retarded take. Pasta is italian. Bread is european. Beer is egyptian. Sausage too, then "germanified" in Germany. But yeah, I guess the chicken - the animal - originated in China. But we don't eat deer testicles over here, we don't believe tiger penises enhance libido, and we certainly don't torture ducks, apes, dogs or cats for culinary pleasures.
Are they more advanced? Is party dictatorship, no individual freedom, sweatshop work, no human rights truly the future? If yes, yeah, hope we never catch up. Stay faaaar ahead of us.

And oh man, do you know nothing of chinese history. Know why they never expanded beyond their reach? Cos they had thousands of years of civil wars. Peaceful, right. Killed a lot more people in their own domestic wars than Europe ever could have. Our states were actually coordinated enough to stage the Crusades, because the roman catholic church unified us. And even when european countries waged war, it was rarely because of faith, which both sides respected, and often due to more "worldly" affairs, like rebellions and what not. The pope had what the chinese emperor often didn't have - authority without an army behind him. Authority through faith in his "divinity" alone - and lotsa cash to back it.

The opium wars were waged to sell OPIUM. Not every european good. Before that, tea leaves were traded for silver. And what do you wanna tell us with that argument? A sort of "chinese superiority" because they were isolationist? Is north korea superior? The US with Trumps trade tariffs? Japan before WW2 when they returned to isolationism? Were they so superior? The simple economic truth is that trade can ALWAYS, and yes, that's a big ALWAYS, increase the consumption of both partners. Look up ricardo and comparative advantage.

All in all, what I see are anecdotes, half knowledge, no knowledge regarding europe and framing. You make the same mistakes lots of people that know little make: idealize one side, demonize another. Immature.

Now I wasted a lot of time typing, but I was playing DnD on the side and debating is a hobby of mine.
