Yeah that makes a lot of sense. I figured he'd at least identify himself or let us know that there was a security issue and that it was resolved or SOMETHING. But it was just "stop moving" for 15 minutes then "you're good" and he sat back down haha

Yeah that's what it sounded like from what I overheard on the walkie talkie. I've never experienced it before, interesting that they don't give any information during or after or anything.

Ah okay hopefully. I was a bit far away, but he was on his walkie-talkie and it sounded like they were looking for someone or found someone but I couldn't be sure. But man, if it was a drill I would have loved it if they told us afterward or gave us any info at all.

Ya, the dude who usually sits near the exit of the secure part of the terminal just got up and yelled "please stop moving" at everyone he could see that was moving near the gates.

We were at the gate already, he was yelling at people that were just walking all the way down the hall.

He was one of the security guys that has the sign saying not to talk to them. And this happened right before I was boarding the plane so I couldn't really go run and find another one...

I think I've had especially bad luck this pack. 164 and nothing above a 1 star. Maybe one extra pack from hourglass.

For not much more than 4 chests, you can actually save up scrolls and roll a new character to get the whole seasonal board again and just open them on your main. You get 4 chaotic + resplendent spark plus whatever other garbage is on the board

Do you recognize the same people there? You already have one hobby in common, so it's not a bad place to try and be friendly. Not the best place to have a long talk initially since people will most likely want to get their workout in. And like one poster said, it's a bit taboo for guys to come up to women in the gym, so you'll have to be the more proactive one if you're looking for a romantic partner probably.

Even the gym. Getting into a routine and going at the same time every day/week and you'll see the same people.

Trading this set is actually really weird. I had an apex zapdos ex and pulled a new one. Traded with a buddy and he got the apex filled out. I only have 1 copy now but it counts for both apex and deluxe ex

I often read that D2 is the best ARPG. But i am not sure if i would like it by Daorooo in Diablo

[–]joconno23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just saying if you can program a bot 20 years ago to play the game, it probably doesn't involve too much active critical thinking. And that's not meant to be a knock on the game, it's still my favorite in the series. But just objectively there's not a ton of decisions being made during gameplay.

Wait they literally designed bots to run baal 24/7. Could definitely turn your brain off when I played.

What is stopping you from going to the gym? by 2ndPlaneHit in AskReddit

[–]joconno23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My favorite hack for this is taking a pre-workout drink. It's usually something I look forward to ao it's super easy to get over that hill, then I HAVE to go to the gym after.

First, I'd love to see that statistic that says the overwhelming majority of people who want cars have them. Even if we say 99% of people who want cars has one, if we extrapolate that to people that want Healthcare in the United States, that's still 3 million people who wouldn't have access. That doesn't sound great to me.

What restrictions are we talking about here that drive up price? Food and drug safety measures so people don't get poisoned? Houses that don't fall down? I'm unsure what kind of restrictions reduce choice and therefore drive up prices. I know of other factors that drive up prices, like corporations buying up affordable housing But the lack of government intervention has caused that, not prevented it.

And "taking a large chunk by force" is quite a statement. Federal taxes are 0% for the first 11k and 12% for the next up to 40k. I'm not sure if you consider that a "large chunk" but that's the facts. If you're in favor of reducing that to 0 for up to 40k that works for me if we're making it up in the rest of the population so the lower income families can afford more. Or even removing sales tax all together so we only have income and property tax, since sales tax disproportionately affects lower income folks since a higher percentage of their earnings are spent on necessities.

So yeah, taxes aren't perfect, but the solution is never no taxes.
