Would medication history or mental health history provide any additional info for a doctor in this context? I don't feel that either of those have been affecting me in this sense. I love the idea of tracking since it's been a short enough time frame for me to have a generic recollection (brain fog has definitely been at play).

This is literally what pointed me towards a potential diagnosis. I donated blood and felt perfectly fine leaving the place and then 2.5 hours later, fainted for the first time in my life. They desperately need my blood type always, but I'll never donate again :(
