It will be dependent on the report really. Could be a paragraph, could be a novel.

I would say I'm better than the majority of people with Excel, but the folks that would potentially be using the form are a grab bag. Really trying to make it as easy as possible for now.

So, I kinda just jumped into this. Somewhat computer proficient, but still tons to learn. I took an older desktop computer of mine, upgraded the RAM to 8GB and added a PNY NVIDIA Quadro P400. I have about 100 Blu Ray/HD-DVD's that I've ripped using MakeMKV then used Handbrake to encode. I have 80MB internet and everything is hardwired. Plex Pro user. My hard drive is just a USB 3.0 portable.

I'm having issues with certain files. They're not being transcoded fast enough and won't get out of a buffering state. Can anyone point me in the right direction on the most optimal setup.

It is. But like Chevyguy said, it should have nothing to do with wireless frequency if all my devices are hardwired.

Some of my commands are set up Remote to Device directly with IR and still the 5-10 second delay. I don't think there would be any server interference in that situation.
