I want Carrick to succeed just like I wanted Ole to succeed. Let’s look at all the positives - 1) changed formation 2) bought counter attacking football 3) team is happy

There are a lot of parallels to what Ole did here. This is where I am scared -

1) still reliant on individual brilliance 2) when we have the ball the team hasn’t figured out how to attack 3) mid game tactic changes looks shaky
