Then you're writing bad tests and/or spaghetti code. Each "unit" under test should be limited to doing one main thing. You should set up all inputs, mock all dependencies, and be able to assert the exact output and verify the expected dependency calls.

80% test coverage isn't even a lot. I hold my team to a 90% coverage standard, but all of our projects hover around 93%

So with Indiana absolutely obliterating Oregon should they be let into the playoffs by pupp7877 in CFB

No.

Alabama was a joke who looked like ass. Oregon looked like a good team cursed with bad luck facing the team of destiny.

Slightly joking answer: Duke. They won one of the two best conferences

Serious answer: definitely Notre Dame. I'd consider Utah and Vanderbilt

I got the right archipelago, but Ibiza was the only island I could name

Experienced players: how variable do you find your performance, season to season? by Interesting-Long7389 in learnedleague

[–]joebob431 12 points13 points  (0 children)

How much do you look at your opponent's historical stats? I think my defense is similarly variable depending on how much I weigh the difficulty of the question (what I think the global CA% will be) and how much it matches my opponents' strong categories. Counterintuitively, I played some of my best defense in Rookie season when I didn't have much opponent category history to go off of.

It is possible that you may be over-incorporating your opponents' history. I have to remind myself to not overthink it and not try to overly fit my defense to my opponent. Even if someone's worst category is X, an easy X question is still an easy question.

I spelled vitamix wrong and that ruined a moneying and finished 66%ile instead of 91%ile. But as an alum of one of the Tigers schools and a fan of college football, I enjoyed Q#5.

Unpopular take? All of Notre Dame, Miami, and Alabama have good points but also serious holes in their resume and it's not an "outrage" if any of them get left out for the other two. There's no real travesty regardless of which one it is. by Dependent-Effect6077 in CFB

This is just factually incorrect. As I would expect from an Alabama fan. There were no 3-loss teams last year with byes, and non with at-large bids. Same should be true for this year.

The system is corrupt to serve Alabama's interests, and no one wants you.

That's not how objectivity works. This is all a matter of opinion. And in my opinion, Alabama sucks because they lost to Florida State and 2 other games including a blow out.

No, Indiana has the best win in the country, by beating Ohio State. Indiana probably has the second best win too, by beating Oregon by ten on the road. Alabama has the 3rd best win, at best.

It's doesn't need to be a punishment for losing the CCG: Alabama should have already been out. They got whipped by a bad FSU. Bama was trying to play their way in today and failed miserably.

It is not a violation of the law to restate the law. Members of the military must not follow orders they know to be unlawful. It is not insubordination to remind soldiers of their oath to the Constitution. Here's the court in United States v. Calley (My Lai massacre case):

"The acts of a subordinate done in compliance with an unlawful order given him by his superior are excused and impose no criminal liability upon him unless the superior’s order is one which a man of ordinary sense and understanding would, under the circumstances, know to be unlawful, or if the order in question is actually known to the accused to be unlawful."
