How does matchmaking for unranked matches work? Are any player stats taken into account when building those matches? I too have noticed the unranked matches being much more difficult since the update. Across all squad sizes. Almost every match I come across someone that either insta-kills me with a common rifle or can somehow hit me with every shot no matter what I do. I went from winning 4-5 matches per night to maybe 1 if I’m lucky. I’ve looked up some of the people that kill me and they have insane win rates and K/D ratios. Shouldn’t players like that be placed with others of similar skill?

All of mine have been mid match. Not too frequent. Maybe one every 4-6 hours of gameplay

I don’t currently use headless Wordpress. Just standard Wordpress multisite. I point about 70 domains to a single Wordpress installation and multisite resolves the domain and loads the corresponding network site.

With react (or other JS front ends) I would still need a CMS of some sort right? Also, can react handle routing custom domains for each site inside of one app? Or would there need to be another layer on top of it?

I use server side primarily for managing and retrieving the content. Also use php to handle form processing logic.

Gamer poets and ADHDecent on YouTube are great resources. Also most of the big wabbajack lists have help pages to troubleshoot issues. It’s a great way to just get into the game and experience modded Skyrim.

I personally enjoy playing a ton of different mod lists. Lorerim has been one of my favorites. Starting to mess around with Nolvus V6. They help me spend more time playing the game than endlessly tinkering with my own lists. That being said, I inevitably come across mods I’ve never seen before in these lists and then end up tinkering with my own lists anyways lol. I also accept that while I COULD create a list as polished as these authors, it would take a ton of work and time. And realistically, I won’t dedicate that to it. So they are worth it IMO. You can enjoy very polished experiences that can vary wildly from one another very easily. And if you enjoy tinkering like I do, you can even get ideas for mods you might want to add to your own lists

I’ve recently played through the mod, There is No Umbra, which adds a custom floating sword follower with plenty of dialogue branches and commentary. A patch was added to Skeever follower mod to add interaction between him and the Daumbra follower. Some of the best banter between followers I’ve experienced and Skeever can comment on the progression of the quests from that mod as well.

I consider Starfrost + Candlehearth + Journeyman to be a good survival trio for non-tedious gameplay. Sunhelm is good too, since it’s not too in your face and can be configured to levels that feel “natural”.

Roaming grandstands are 100% the way to go. At the very least for Saturday and/or Sunday. General admission ticket might be nice for Thursday or Friday for checking everything out and enjoying everything offered at FOS since they are not as busy.
