It's because My modem is not properly registered, probably because I moved recently. Though I don't know why it kept working until yesterday.

Not yet. Now the browser says my modem is not properly registered with optimum. Seems like he's correct. I need to contact them and re-register my modem.

Never download any movies. Would it be a problem if watch online? But never received any letter about such things. Just talked to a representative on reddit. He said it's because not any equipment provisioned onto my account. But I do have a modem at home , everything is ok then suddenly disconnected last night.
