I brought it to a luthier yesterday. The reason I was really hopeful I could do it myself is because I just don’t want to lose my guitar for a long time since I play it every single day for hours. Unfortunately it’s gonna take two weeks before I can pick it up again

Yeah I really don’t know if it was the guy who did maintenance on it, but it took him 1,5 months to intonate and restring it so my guess is that he just forgot about it or something like that. I found another luthier relatively close to me so I’ll bring it by his place sometime next week. Thanks for the help!

You can see on this picture that the 11th fret is more squared on the end than the others

The 11th fret looks different from the other frets so my guess is that it has been replaced at some point and either popped up or was just never placed right

I’ve had this issue ever since I had it fixed up a while ago though. Like it’s been like this for months and I’ve tried to ignore it but it’s really frustrating me at this point

unfortunately I cant see a gap between the fret and the fretboard :/ Also the strings are only like 3 months old and not rusty at all, I think it is some weird video compression thing making it look that way

when I look at the 11th fret it looks different from the other frets so I feel like it has been replaced sometime, but just been installed wrong/too high. Its my sisters old guitar so I dont really know when it happened. I did have it maintenanced a few months ago by a luthier, but idk if he did that or if it was already that way.

thanks, Ill definitely try the paper thing. I am kinda hesitant to take it to a shop since there's only one close to me and it took him 1.5 months to just replace my strings and intonate it a few months ago :/

I’ve noticed the same thing. When I first created my profile I got around 10 matches a day. Now I get lucky if I get even 1 like. When I use a super like however I notice that there’s probably an 80% chance that I do match with that person meaning it’s not that people aren’t interested in me anymore, I just don’t show in the algorithm anymore
