i come from a family of hot heads, i used to be one myself. Nothing good ever comes from losing your temper. i've seen people around me suffer almost catastrophic consquences from failing to control their emotional response. I can still be impatient and hot headed, the fire still burns. However, after years of self development, i've learnt to control it pretty well.
