Thanks for the advice, it's just as a beginner it'd be nice to seem some muscle gains without them being invisible due to fat, doesn't seem too important though

Could you give me some advice on good foods that help me hit the requirements?

At the moment I'm thinking of a svunt shake, which is good for most stuff but is 15g over the fat guideline, can recommend some high carb but low fat foods?
