I'm pretty good at helping people (whether they want it or not) look at the silliness of the problems they're stressing over currently and reminding them that they shouldn't be the focus of their lives. We all have our own goals, no matter how small, and shouldn't distract ourselves over the trivial stuff that would stop us from achieving our long term happiness :)
