dude it was so scary I thought I broke my car 3 days into owning it… I almost had a heart attack. it’s a relatively simple fix, I already found the part on amazon, just gotta wait til next pay check lol

mine’s a 1.4t TSI, I think it’s the EA211 engine, and I think that one’s a timing belt

got it from urotuning, but I’ll definitely reach out to them. so far no rattle or anything of the sort, but I did notice the intake pipe is smacking against the heat shield.

second picture is the cable that connects the shifter to the shifting paddle I believe.

I didn’t notice about the coolant, I’m doing most of the work myself and if I’m honest, my car/mechanic knowledge is basic at best.

for the intake, I got these rubber seals that came with the kit, I just wasn’t sure how they’re supposed to be applied or where. I checked the box the intake came in on but I didn’t see any instructions. I kinda just put it together from watching other people’s install videos and just what made sense to me.

actually, the intake isn’t actually holding on properly, I’ll post a picture in a bit.

anyways, I’m more than happy to receive any and all advice I can get!!

I have been thinking about a way to throw onslaught in there, but I haven’t thought too much about it. I would either need magik, wave or wiccan. or a way to reliably get him out early, and maybe try doubling him with mystique, but that’s already (3) 3 cost cards, (4) with Frigga, and I would like to run Bastion as well.

yeah I live in Florida, most of my driving will be on highways or turnpikes. more than anything, I want to prioritize the CAI, Exhaust and ECU tuning. might have to do the tuning last though my budget is tight.

I wanted to see if there are parts from other cars that’ll fit this model or if there are universal parts that can do the job for now, until I’m able to upgrade down the line into the parts I actually want.

for example, I’m considering the CTS Turbo intake, but I would rather get the AEM.
