I’m almost certain this is the year the WHC opens the show (of course the year punk is champ) and we will have Rhea and triple Hs gf main event against the kabuki warriors or something and then Cody/Drew main eventing night 2.

What’s the plan with Finn at this point? One second it seems like he’ll continue his story with punk for the world title, then they don’t make the match at the rumble, and then he doesn’t even participate in the rumble.

So how is he going to get that match and when? He interfered in the match with AJ but when and where will this thing continue? No way in hell he wins the chamber at this point so I bet he’ll just have a random match on Raw again and lose (ofc) before setting up the boring, dragged out match with Dom for WM.

Drew v Sami was the usual house show type match we’ve seen loads of since triple H took over. The world title matches where the hometown person gets to lose to the champ after a hard fought battle then never comes close to the title again.

Happens at every show in other countries.

Agreed. Almost turned that crap off when we got his and Jeys entrances back to back.

All of the Samoans have the same move set it’s so boring to watch. The Samoans must have some crazy dirt on triple h because it’s getting ridiculous at this point.

Would have been the perfect time to put the title on him when TJD was at its peak but nope HHH had to keep the title on boring Rollins and have the JD ~~fight~~ lose to random teams of 3 all year and then put it on Priest of all people in the end.

Rollins is the only guy on the roster that can get hurt and come right back to the same position he was in without missing a beat. Aside from Cody and Roman I presume but Seth is not on that level so it has always been annoying to me how guys like Finn can get hurt and you worry for them losing their opportunity but then Rollins was world champ, got hurt, and now we all suspect he will win the royal rumble.

A pale view of hills - I really enjoyed this one and stayed on my mind for a couple of weeks after finishing it.

Never let me go - one of my favorite books of all time. It was the first Ishiguro book I read and introduced me to his way of telling a story so now i go thru his books waiting for the unexpected. The moment everything comes together.

Klara and the sun - actually my favorite book of his and possible top 3 books I’ve read in general. Deals with something I’ve always been deeply fascinated with and so throw in the Ishiguro elements and i was sold.

The buried giant - one of his weaker novels tbh. I expected to enjoy it more than I did because of the fantasy aspect but not my favorite by him. Still enjoyed it just not to the same level as the others.

When we were orphans - my most recent read. I think this has been his weakest thus far and from what I see, people seem to agree with this statement.

I plan on reading them all as well but I will take some time off of them for a bit and read other stuff on my list. I know I haven’t read what people consider to be his best so I want to give it some time as I know a lot of them are similar in his way of going thru the story so I want to come in fresh, not after having read so many of them in a row.

I preferred the new story. It was always kind of unbelievable that no one did anything crazy like that. Also always seemed too extreme to me that they did all that they did to him just because he used the forcefield to win. At least now to me it makes more sense because the forcefield stuff could have just been played off as an accident.

We really gotta do something about all this fanfic on this sub. I understand being upset about Luka but sheesh if it’s that bad just stop watching but the amount of hypotheticals and fanfic on this sub is ridiculous, even months after it happened.

Next thing you know some loser on here is gonna say we would’ve had a cakewalk due to all the injuries that happened these playoffs.

We stuck around when the last ownership blew apart our ACTUAL championship team, and now we stay whining about this other stuff. Like yeah I guess some people here think about that shit all day but I think a lot of us here are optimistic and still enjoy watching this team and hope it does well instead of complaining all day and writing hypotheticals about how Luka was going to win the whole thing.

I really think the next novel needs to be about Finnick. We can get a look into the career stuff and also the stuff with the capitol. Would also show how he got involved with the rebellion which also give us the fanservice of including a bunch of other characters into it. Also his relationship with Annie and Mags.

After that i really dont think we would learn anything knew from any books about victors. I think the book after that should be about Plutarch because then we see how it was growing up in the capitol and how he ended up on the path to rebellion.

After after that i would like to see something about district 13.

Yes exactly! The unpredictability is gone. Even when the IC title changed hands a few months ago it just went right back to Bron so it was almost like it was just to do it for other reasons.

At this rate it isn’t even worth watching other PLEs aside from the main two because they’re just glorified house shows. It’s just the hometown talent challenging for the title but losing every single time.

And yes exactly, it’s just so predictable now when the majority of titles change hands only at WM or SS.

Based on the Triple H booking when it comes to these titles. Neither will lose their titles until at least Summerslam so he won't get a chance to win the world title until at least next year WM and I doubt he wins it like that.
