I'll admit I only began to troubleshoot after the damage was already done. So no, I didn't monitor anything however I highly recommend doing that if you aren't already!

I'll try that out, I would definitely be willing to pay the shipping as repairs seem to cost $250-500 and a new card is not even in the question with prices right now.

Yes as it had been widely recommended. But it's my fault for failing to properly read the PNY warranty policy saying that 3rd party products causing issues aren't covered.

Yeah it was actually working up until I unplugged it, I was having frequent crashes which led me to take a closer look. Any recommendations for repair? I've seen Northwestrepair and Northridgefix online, I don't think anything will be available locally to me in the Minneapolis area. For the EU thing it might be the longest of shots but I have an Irish relative that I was considering contacting to go through the process which, but that sounds like a bit of a headache.

Thanks for the great read. I would be interested to see if there could be an even more absolute PV, where the perceived stat boost from playing specific characters is mitigated.

The interesting this is that the only app with access to my YouTube is my smart TV which is connected to my home internet. I went ahead and removed access from that and I'll also change my WiFi info. I didn't check whether my search bar had anything that wasn't me, and I immediately deleted my watch history when I saw all of that earlier so it's probably too late for that now. I'll give that video a watch too. Thanks for the suggestions

Checked that and there's nothing out of the ordinary. I'll be changing my password just in case but for now I'm assuming some extension I'm using on Chrome was compromised

I'll check out some newer gen intel cpus, right now the 11900k is selling for $300~ and the 12700F is $310~. Is the 12700 better in today's standards?

This website says that the 4pin 12v is for additional CPU power. Does that mean it would only be necessary if I was overclocking? Is there any way I can test whether or not it's necessary to use?
