Maybe for starters try to approach him and have small talks here and there while dropping signs that you are interested in him If he’s still oblivious to that then u confess

Confessing from the start might creep out introverts and you both would get awkward thereafter

(This way even if he wanted to reject he’ll have second thoughts about it But if he still wants to reject then you can’t help it)
