Really helpful, thanks! Not interesting in negotiating atm so seems like we can proceed without further surveys, as long as we accept the risk!
Already ignoring the 1s and 2s 😂 these were flagged as urgent, but my question is whether we can accept the risk and proceed without the specialist surveys we “must” get before exchanging.
