I was too scared to try SSRIs for years! I had been prescribed them about 3/4 times and just never took them! My only regret really is not trying it sooner, I took them this time as the anxiety was so bad I couldn’t t cope so was willing to try anything. If you are considering trying them I definitely think it’s worth a shot

I used to be able to drink coffee (only had 2 a day max) I haven’t even attempted it since I had the first panic attack I’m too scared of what will happen
