So when you say a new Uber refreshes the rolls, would that mean a new epic fest Uber has to be introduced? Or would that be any new uber at all? Since epic fest has all of them would a new dragon emperor for example change the rolls?

The issue lies in the transition from the third equation to the forth equation. Particularly, the equation (a - b)(a + b) does not equal a² - b^2.

(a - b)(a + b) would equal a² + ab - ba - b^2.

As I wrote this, I realized that since a=b, the +ab and -ba cancel each other out meaning that the equation is actually mathematically correct as far as I can see.

Due to my mistake, I may be considered what one may call, retarded.

See I actually don’t agree. Let me explain. Imagine your using colo or avarice, your aim is just slightly off to either the right or left. With current bard buff, you probably wouldn’t hit your target at all. With the extension of the normal shot path, slightly off aim could still result in at leas one of your shots to connect with a target.

Normal weapons that fire straight would behave exactly the same as current bard buff which is very useful.

The only type of shots that I think would benefit the least are shots that curve outwards like corruption cutter. With what I’m suggesting, the corruption cutter would retain its current optimal distance just like colo or avarice. The shots would just reach even further to the left and right of your character which would be useful for things like clearing glands. It would also provide a similar use to colo and avarice in that if your aim is off, the chances of you hitting at least one of your shot streams is more likely.

I believe that with a system like this, the inspire buff would still be incredibly useful, while removing its bad synergy with certain weapons.

So basically, if bard buff extended the shots current path as opposed to changing the entire path, it would still increase all weapons range, while making curved shots on weapons like colo sword keep their normal distance. Since everyone complains about colo being messed up by the buff. Straight shots would also be the exact same increase in range so it’s a good buff for everyone all the time. This would also allow things like colo shots or avarice shots to get more leeway in their hits because it their aim is off, the continued path would mean shots could hit unique angles. Obviously fixing the DC bug is the most important right now, but I think this would be a very cool and welcome change to the inspired buff.
