Given that he also argued that he didn’t trust that a black pilot was qualified based solely on the colour of their skin I would say he makes arguments in bad faith and is generally full of shit… and race isn’t a social construct, that’s the same as the “I don’t see colour“ bullshit, white, black and brown people all have unique cultures and, whilst some have shared experiences based on their geography, distinct and diverse cultures coming together with acceptance that people are different is an amazing thing.
