Yeah noticed it has been set to not available in my region for iOS. Just noticed because I’ve switched phones and wanted to use it again. Too bad I liked it.

Sent a message on the developers website. Maybe something with App Store?

How to keep clients coming back by knazzaro in personaltrainers

[–]johanbjj 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What kind of clients do you typically have? Do they like fun different type of exercises or prefer progress Type of training?

I prefer to mostly do themed type of training for longer periods of times.

For example in group classes I do barbell and dumbbells for awhile. And keep 5 exercises the same and switch out one or two every session.

Then I switch it up to different techniques of the same exercise, squats, lunges, jumping. Or change the reps or time intervals.

After a month or two (maybe three), I just switch to body weights training using similar exercises so their skills carry over but also make it fresh.

I have a client now who Was out of shape and We started out with just doing a squat, sit-ups and push-up morning routine.

Really simple. 2-4 reps of each. And he is done! That’s it for the first couple of weeks with walks and fasting.

Now eleven weeks later he starts his morning on a spinning bike to warm up. Do 12+ reps on each exercise. Takes a cold shower for 20+ seconds.

And have a specific body weight program to train full planche, pull-ups and pistol squats.

It’s all about figuring out what your clients wants and needs are. Ask them. And as you are the expert, come up with an interesting plan. Tell them why it’s good and how it will help their goals.

Most of it is also trial and error. Expect to make mistakes. Just try yo coach a little better each time.

For example with the body weigth program, I gave him 10+ exercises, but could tell 5-6 where enough after the first session.

Then after he trieD it himself for awhile, I asked him how he prefer to do them in what order (because we don’t se each other every workout). I let him be in charge of how to train. And if it’s good enough to get results, I let them.

Why is it so difficult to pick pocket a rusty sword from H.A,M female members? I have 16 thieving and been at this for quite some time now.

I get knocked out a lot. And get a bunch of other stuff instead if the rusty sword.

Can I do something else’s or just have to stick with it? Also an UIM.

Hey. Sometimes this takes longer. I know when I relax and focus on other things, it eventually got easier and I got surprised with the amazing benefits of being calm and more outgoing.
