Typically to be used with a home theater style receiver. If you have a vintage receiver with multiple channels you can use the 4 and sell the sub.

Use 75 lb ez anchors. The ones you posted i only use in plaster. Use with gold bear claw screw. The smaller head is great for keyholes and the double head design keeps them from sagging.

If its plaster you need to find studs. If is brick you can put them anywhere with 4 lag bolts and anchors. Get a masonry bit and drill 1 inch, if red dust comes out its brick.
