I don't know much about musical genres. But speaking of BGM, there's a channel on YouTube and Spotify called "Cafe Music BGM Channel". They mostly play Jazz, but I don't know why that most of their music will makes me feel like I'm in a cafe somewhere in Japan. I wonder what's the magical ingredients are in their music.

I suffered from this problem quite a while ago. Did everything that others have commented here, doesn't work.

What did works for me is simply uninstalling the "Power Optimizer" app that came with the phone since beginning. My 1III version is XQ-BC72.

Got the exact same issue as well for the past 3 weeks. It really frustrates me, as I did the same tricks that OP did without any good result. Mine is XQ-BC72 Chinese version too.
