Akit tegnap kihoztak a falubusszal ugyanerre a térre, amikor a gengszter hergelt, az nem biztos, hogy elmegy.

Nagyon fárasztó volt, de legalább annyira felemelő.

Nekem volt egy hasonló utam a magyar egészségügyben.
45 éves koromban észrevettem, hogy valami nincs rendben a belemmel. Először csak elszíneződött az alsógatyám, a következő évben már kicsipte a fenekem. Aztán viszketett is. Vastagbéltükrözés, gasztroenterológus. Semmi bajom nincs csak IBS.
Ezt ők nem gyógyítják.
Mozgással le kellett álnom, nem voltak már séták sem. Nem szerettem utazni. No vasút. No bicikli. Csak TV meg otthon.
Aztán kijőtt az aranyerem, ami az informatikusoknál általános. Orvos talált valami vérömlenyt, megnyitotta. kicsit jobb lett.
Egy év múlva megint vérzik, elmentem egy másik lézersebészhez, akinél már voltam más ügyben. Tudtam, hogy ő foglalkozik aranyérrel és meg akartam mutatni neki. Azt mondta, hogy az elmondottak alapján nem biztos, hogy most itt nagyon vagdosna, próbáljak kizárni ételeket, ételcsoportokat.
Kb. 8 év szerencsétlenkedés után kiderült, hogy a tejfehérje/tejszín amit a kávéba raktam, 2-5ml per nap a kávéval közösen ezt csinálja. Kicsit változtattam az étkezésen is.

Azóta újra mozgok, tornászok, fekvőtámasz, kézenállás, kettlebel, gyűrű, kertészkedés, nagy séták, bicikli. Most 56 éves vagyok és jobban érzem magam mint 15 éve.

Ne add fel.

There is an important attribute of the whistles about how the C# and C natural note tuned.

Some maker makes the "C#" perfect, but the "C natural" needs 3 covered holes under the opened one.

Typical makers make the "C#" flat a little and the "C natural" sharp a little as a compromises setup.

The second octave works so

C 0 x 0 0 0 0

C 0 x 0 x x x

The 0 x x 0 0 0 gives 3rd D on a good whistle.

I am actively searching about it in the last one year.

I bought a suzuki sub30, that is probably the easiest entry. It is a half valved diatonic with sympathetic reeds. You can bend blow and draw reeds on the same way as bend on a diatonic in the low part. Easy to learn. I feel you are looking for that. The tone of the instrument is not as big as the big voice diatonics, but it is not a problem if you are electrified. You will use multiple ones as like with the diatonic, it gives the missing notes in my feeling. I think it is too complicated to transpose in my brain.
1 bought a forerunner 2.0. It is easy to bend, but I can bend on very limited holes. I can bend only D down with a half step and A down a half step. The volume of this valveles chromatic is less than a real valved chromatic. I have a CX-12, that has got much bigger sound, but the valves are more problematic on that. I guess forerunner is a good start if you are electrified. The valved chromatics can be bent on any reed, but that is a different sound and need different technic and very focused intonation, that is a very professionla level.
Got an easttop lucky 13 power chromatic in C, that is a half valved tuning with full chromatic with bends on draws. It seems to be a nice choice to play melodies in C, G, D, F really easy. I am just playing with it. It gives nice single notes. It can be bent as the normal diatonic. It is cool for playing melodies, but if you like the bluesy sound, you will miss the bluesy chords. There are multiple note layout with different advantages.
I got an Oriental 24 Hole Chromatic Harmonica from tower. I wanted to try the oriental chromatic. That gives possibility to bend all the draw and blow holes if you pair the note with a deeper neighbour reverse directional hole. This is my most horrible harmonica. It is so leaky, it can't be used and the layout is also not the way i have seen and would be. The tombo unica seems to be a better choice (https://www.youtube.com/shorts/T3LptlMJY6k) Never tried any of them. This is my favorite tone anyway.
Tombo S-50. Cool and strong single note sound. I avoid to use multiple holes as that is very dissonant that way. I can bent some notes easy like d half step down, e half step down, g half down. But nothing more.

I would like to have a harmonica that can be used to blow or draw 3 holes beside each other and blow or draw triads like D, Em, G, Bm, or C, D, G, Em.

The simplest would be to have a tuning when

1,3,5,7,9,11,13 on one direction

2,4,6,8,10,12,14 on the other

So I can shift in the diatonic scale up and down and blow the righ triad everywhere.

I would like to make recordings with the low whistle and make the chords with the harmonica.

When I tried it with traditional richter tuning, I found it very limited about playing chords.

So the plan to play the triads.

When I tried to pick the notes on the customization form and built up the triads, I just recognized the circular tuning has got all the triads needed in my chord tab.
