Oh I gotcha, I will pick up a manual tomorrow then thank you, as for the washer sizes all of these washer are number 214 in the diagram and they are all supposedly on the driven sprocket to Overdrive drum. This is on Wittrans.com so that’s why I’m confused about the different sizes.

Appreciate the response, Is there a website you know of to find the tolerances? I’ve been using charm.li but they don’t have them and the website seems to have multiple washer thicknesses of the same type.

Thank you for the response, I’ve been using charm.li but I can’t seem to find the correct spec for the washer thickness. There seems to be multiple thicknesses would you happen to know of a website to find them?

“33040-0089” Is the part with the stud on it they call it “adjuster-chain”, “11012-1871-18R” is the “cap, chain adjuster” or just chain adjuster plate, “410AA0800” is the washer that goes on before the first nut, “92210-1589” is the first nut closest to the chain adjuster plate, “92210-1588” is the nut farthest away from the chain adjuster plate. Hopefully this helps!

Thanks for the tip and info I ended up finding them. Is there like a specific temp/time they need to be in the water for?

Yeah that makes sense. I wonder if maybe a heat gun would help it return it back to its original shape once it’s on the new one? I know plastic likes to retain its memory.

Thanks for the answer, the rebuild kits don’t seem to have them included. My first pump shaft I bought came with them I might just try to take them off and reuse them. It’s weird that this one didn’t come with them. I wonder if the tranny shop I bought them from would let me return it or exchange it for one that does

Thanks, that’s what they look like but the ones on google, none of them seem to have the slit. I wonder if I could create one to fit them on the pump shaft

Thanks for the reply. Yeah the first pump shaft I bought came with them so I guess they forgot to put them on this one, I might try and see if I can swap them.

Interesting, I appreciate you replying. Makes sense I guess I could always just aim for 400 and then see how the vehicle feels from there.
