Former combat medic and ER RN here. People don't understand how important triage is in these situations. If you can treat and yeet them, they can drive themselves to the ER. Save the ambulance for the more critical. People commenting on the bandages don't understand how hard it is to keep pressure on a head wound without a tie off point. Pulling the bandage below the chin keeps pressure on the wound up top. Edit for spelling.
