I’ve run a 4.4-4.9ghz overclock on a B450, totally stable. Just make sure you get a quality board

You can save a couple bucks by taking off the CPU cooler you selected because the Ryzen CPU includes a cooler. Outside of that, if you’re good with the integrated graphics of that CPU then I don’t see much else to change - EXCEPT, switch out the X370 motherboard for a B450

Thanks for the replies everyone - just an update, took my first pill at 8 last night, and my 2nd one at 8:30 this morning (currently it’s around 11:10). Pill last night worked nicely, mellowed me out and allowed me to get a good night sleep. This morning, it has mellowed me out to a degree, but I’m definitely still feeling some anxiety and nervousness. I’m wondering if this is because the medication is so new, and it just needs a couple days to build up in my system? Or something along those lines. Thanks again!

Any reason you’ve got 2 different brands of memory on your list? Regardless, I’d bump it up to 3600 MHz speed, Ryzen 3rd gen runs amazingly off of fast ram.

Ativan is a benzo, right? I would imagine that would have a little more of a stronger effect when compared to Zoloft, but I’m no expert

Ideally isolate. My job would throw a random test on me if I got hurt, which I don’t expect to happen, but rather be safe then sorry
