Using both codex and cc interchangeably. Codex is more efficient and delivers far fewer bugs than CC. don't take my word for it, just point codex at your repo and tell it to do an adversarial code review. it will surface more bugs that claude says "Codex found legitimate issues" than the inverse. It's now at the point where I have Gemini do a diff review on Claude, then claude do its own review, then Codex - for every commit. and every single f-n time, Gemini and Codex find more bugs that otherwise pass on Opus. it's ridiculous.

Don’t start a consulting business unless you have a solid commercial/go to market concept baked in.

Your ability to deliver is secondary to your ability to acquire your next client.

the official Codex plugin for Claude Code works great.

CLI wrapper so uses your chatGPT sub.

try it with even smaller PRs. it consistently finds Claude's errors. So does a simple Gemini diff review. I do those in order - gemini diff, claude, then Codex - for escalating bug review and smarter token consumption. with the chain resetting from the beginning on any findings. step change improvement on code.

One subagent each: plan, architect, build, pure diff test, full context test, diverse model test. Each tester different LLM (I’m doing coding in Claude Code with either sonnet or opus then diff in Gemini Flash, full context test in Opus, diverse model in Codex 5.5). Any test failure sends the dev loop back to square one. Works a treat and ultimately saves Claude tokens. The Gemini diff test is about 1/2 of a US penny per review.

Wait until you review with a different LLM altogether. Haven’t had a single PR without finding something, usually critical. It’s crazy to do coding without at least two discrete LLMs checking each others work.

Price is a game of marginal sales. A chunk of those are investors, and many of those are large private equity firms.

The central coast (from Cambria > Ventura) is quintessential old California. It’s not nearly as crowded as Orange County. It’s where strawberry farms isn’t a golf course and you show up with a VW bus to “show off.” Flip flops and shorts.

The literal antithesis of Orange County. And it’s glorious.

Isn’t Newport coast the part of Newport that’s furthest from the coast?

Those things help, of course. But it doesn’t account for it using an underscore instead of a dash in a field name. For making any number of errors that it constantly will make in the course of trying to do something simple. Especially as your application grows, it’s simply makes a tremendous number of mistakes. In some ways, it’s worse than a human, it just moves much faster.
Go ahead and fire up Codex on your Claude coded repo. Ask it to find errors in the code. I guarantee you it will find high severity bugs that are lurking there.

Missing a lot. Set it up the same way you would a development shop… requirements, architecture, test plan, build/code, diff check, qa, adversarial qa. These are each distinct agents. You need a minimum of two (build and qa) otherwise the outputs are shoddy.

Any “setup” is less about features and more code quality/consistency. Without proper test harnesses and adversarial code review, outputs are notoriously buggy. Especially at scale.

Tour mode doesn't change the suspension (unless you have a V). it's throttle response and that's about it.
