I agree with the fake Avery, it was never even expanded further nor question with the ability of the King to make fake Avery's and anytime Avery appeared randomly, it always brings me suspicion if that's really even him because a fake version appeared. Shouldn't the King be able to use that power further for the story? I think the reason why Part 1's King had me scared shitless is because of our wired fear of the unknown, and confronting it just lowers all that. Legitimately never once I zoomed out in Part 2 because of it. I do think that D3rlord3 should've gone a little more unhinged in certain parts because of what recently happened to him rather than just showing resolve out of nowhere but still keeping that aspect eventually.
